The final blast off.

Hi Bloggers,

Towards the end of the term we had our final blast off with Colm. It was a wonderful learning journey learning about the design process and Newtons laws. Our class had success in launching the rockets. The furthest rocket's distance was 37.6m. We were in awe when it blasted off into the air. 

We would also like to say a huge thanks to Colm Carraher from Plant and Food Research Limited for taking out the time to supporting and guiding us through the sessions. Children were very inspired and encouraged by learning about your experiences and knowledge as a Scientist. Colm has made our STEM journey successful!
