Football
This term, we are so lucky to have Dan who is from the Three Kings football club to coach us Football.
We had a wonderful time, learning some skills today and playing a few matches with our friends.

Back to school
After a long deserving break, Room 9 is ready to learn!!
Children wrote about what they did in the holidays.
In the holidays, I went to Snow planet! It was crazy cold! But it was hot inside and cold. I had a great day because it was a wonderful birthday I had.Also, some of my presents were from Mekhi & Brooklyn. By Joshua
In the holidays, I went to pools with my friend, brother, mum and my dad. We went to the Wave pools. I did not want to go on the slide because it was scary. My brother and his friend said, “ come with us and let’s go with on the slide”. I was scared because when you go down, there is something black and you can't see and also when I went down it was not scary. When we got into the pool my dad said to the lifeguard “when is the waves coming”. The lifeguard said “ten minutes”. The man rang the bell and the waves were coming. When I was swimming my brother and his friend was doing bombs in the water. My brother's friend did a big bomb. My mum was watching and eating. She had a frozen drink, it was like like a frozen coke. There was a circle and people can go, I was scared because when I went there when I was little I got stuck but I was lucky because my friend from my rugby team saved me. But I went there and I did not get stuck because my dad was watching me swim. My brother and his friend went to the spa and there was a little slide in the spa. My brother and his friend went on it and I always scared them because I was under the slide and saying raw. After swimming, we went to go eat KFC and while we were waiting my brother's friend found a golf ball so he kept it. It was raining and when I jumped out of my mum's van it was cold because when I felt the rain it was very cold. It was fun when I did that stuff.
