Stress ball

Hello Bloggers,

In the past few weeks, Lockhart class has been learning about meditation and breathing techniques.

To wrap the week up we made stress balls or squishy balls. This is something you can use when you are thinking or need to distract your mind and be in the present.

    That is really cool, I was so enjoyed when we made our owm Stress Ball, and it was really helpful for me. Because Everytim, I get angry I can squish something.
